Was there infidelity that lead to the split? If you were unfaithful, then no, you are only entitled to child support. If he was unfaithful you can get alimony, spousal support, child support, the house and whatever else you would like. If neither of you were faithful, you are still entitled to half of everything. Including, but not limited to, the value of the home.
