How do i control the tempo of a wav loop in FL studio?

the song i'm making is 104 beats per measure and im putting in bongos in place of high hats. unfortunately, the only bongo loop i found is 123 beats per measure. how do i slow down the bongo loop wav file to match my song's tempo? i have FL studio 8. thanks
