Hey...I'm not another person asking if I'm fat but I was just wondering if this healthy/ok. Im about 5'3 maybe 5'4...i 92.5 pounds. But keep in mind I do a minimum of 9 hours of my sport training a week. I eat breakfast everyday..small but filling for me..weetbix ( as in one) wih skim milk . Lunch and dinner vary if I've got training. Im almost 14.. I don't eat junk food ...definatley no fried foods. Plenty of fruit and low fat cottage cheese. Oh and of course veggies.
