I need a job as a bartender!!!!?

Ok so I went to bartending school, I got T.I.P.S. certified and I have done a few private parties, but no one wants to hire someone unless they have a few years of work experience. How do I convince the employer to hire me. They say about 90% of bartending is personality and I don't know how to sell my self to that idead. I have a personality that will bring patrons back over and over. I love working with people and I am always somehow cheering people up. What do I do??? If no one will hire me then how do i get the experience. I can lie like most of the a##holes out there but I think that will bite me in the *** later. Please help me if anyone out there knows how. I am a mother of 5 kids. I want a night job so that I am able to take care of my kids during the day. Oh and I forgot to mention I am a kick *** worker. I hustle all day long and I love every part of it. 100%dependable and trustworthy
