Your best bet would be to print out the picture and take it in with you. It is a very pretty color. Basically they'll have to lighten (bleach) your hair, and most likey add a color of dirty blonde and a light brown. It will be expensive, so if you don't want to pay $100 go to a beauty school, they've got great discounts.
