Does anyone else think michael phelps is an idiot? ?

I was talking to my dad (a retired school teacher) yesterday about Phelps and he said that he had heard that Phelps is extremely learning disabled. It is obvious when you look closely that something is wrong. All being said, he is an amazing athlete and we will be talking about him for a long time. Have you wondered about all the world records being beaten in the pool? I wonder if the pool is 50 Meters or short a few feet/inches. Lets investigate that for awhile.
