Immigration Question..ans ASAP..?

I came to the U.S on an F-1 visa in 2000 married a USC on 07/2002 divorced 03/03.that marraige didn't work out plus my USC husband refused to help me gain status.Met another USC got pregnant Nov/ 2003 had the baby July/2006 married him in july/2006.. graduated from College in Dec 2005...For the whole time i've been an F1 student until gtraduation Dec 2005..Since then ive seperated from Husband #2 in 2008..would I have any problems trying to get a 10 yr green card?.I'M was granted a 2 yr unconditional green card in 2008,I will like to get a 10 yr green card..Do you think i'll have to prove any of my marraiges were Boni fide?..Will it raise any immigration questions?
