MORE OPERATIONS SHOULD I CARRY ON PLEASE ADVISE?

About six years ago I had a double transplant, and got over that, then I had a riding accident and broke my leg, spent four years with it in a cage, then bad to worst they had to take my leg off above the knee, during all of this my horse Ebony was there for me, and we got through it together two months after they took off my leg I got back on for the first time in four and half years. and Ebony did not put a hoof wrong, We have gone on and done most things we did before, but now have to do in hand showing which she is always placed. My riding was getting much better and things were getting better, she looks out for me and walks very slowly while I wobble along side of her, and when in the field she will always leave her mates to charge to gate as I can not walk that far. In Sept went back in hosp out just before christmas, and my friends at the yard looked after her,now been told another op in April.more time away from her, should I think about giving her to someone else as she is such a wonderfull kind mare, and I feel deserves better than me, she is an Irish Draught X T/B and is a gentle giant, please help what do think I should do as very confused at the moment thank you for your time
