Any funding for new real estate investors?

I am looking to invest in some basic forclosed property in upstate NY. Does anyone know where I can find financing/funding to ist? I don't have the credit as of yet, and I have a small corporation that I'm building the credit for though it may not be enough yet. Are there people who can help or creative ways?
