Guys.. Does this guy think I'm easy??

Ok, I dont have any physical/mental attraction to this guy. He puts his foot on my desk during cl and touches my . I'm VERY ticklish and he doesn't always touch my . Sometimes he'll poke my side and when I'm tickled I cant help but laugh and giggle. For some reason it doesn't bother me all that much when he does it whereas someone just came up and touched me in a way I didn't like I would beat the crap out of them. But does this mean he likes me? Or does he think I'm an easy catch?
