I am planning on moving right across from the Ashby bart on MLK? Is this Berkeley Neighborhood safe?

I am moving to a house right across the street from the Ashby Bart, CA on MLK. Please let me know if this is a safe neighborhood? What is a reasonable rent for a two bedroom there? Thank you everyone.
