Im going to live in a mental hospital!!!?

i have a strong phobia of spiders. on april fools day 3 buddies of mine sneaked into my apartment and let open a jar of daddy long legs. i did not sleep in my apartment for about a week after the exterminater got rid of them. ever since then i started having a slow meltdown of where everything starts to seem like spiders. it got to the point where i shaved my head i fear that there were spiders stuck in my head and sometimes i stay at home and don't put close on instead of going to work because im afraid that there will be spiders in my close.; my counciler says that if i don't start improving i will have to live in a mental hospital. I REALLY dont wdontto live in a mental hospital what should i do to get over this fear, so i can get dressed and go to work
