Mormons: Did Brigham Young really say that interracial marraige should be punishable by death?

Yeah he did, but he was a very opinionated fellow. And while he was the Prophet, I don't personally agree with some of the non-revelation themes he spoke of. Plus, bear in mind the times were a lot different back then. Has nothing to do with Mormons now.
