There seems to be an element of pus formation as well , so add antibiotics like Doxcef CV 200mg twice daily & Tab. S.N.15 twice daily , must be taking some laxative to soften ur stool like Livoluk fibre ,one spoon twice a day with a gl of water. And continue with nitrogesic. I think antibiotic Doxcef will give you tremendous relief.try !
