So my daughter is going on 2 years old. Before I had her I was 5'6 and weighed 115 pounds, now I'm 5'6 and weigh 130 pounds. I am not big but I have that stubborn "pooch". Is it impossible to get rid of this pooch seeing as it is pregnancy weight or can I get rid of it through healthy eating and exercise? Ladies w/kids, how did you lose it and what is a good diet regimen to follow? What to eat and what NOT to eat? Thank you!
