What are fun things to do and have at a company picnic?

I'm in charge of coordinating a company picnic at a local park with lots of amenities at the end of March in Florida with about 115 attendees. It's family friendly, so we're going to have all ages there. What are "must-haves" for the menu? Also, what are fun activities that are easy to coordinate?
