HIV and cannibals? Seriously!?

this is not a joke. I'm looking for serious answers here. If a cannibal eats an HIV positive victim, I'm pretty sure that ingesting the blood would be unsafe. And the same with raw meat and flesh. But, what if the meat/flesh were boiled and thoroughly cooked? Could the cannibal possibly prepare the victim so as to avoid the risk? I'm just curious.
